CallFlow is a cold-call CRM. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we have it, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version: today CallFlow is a waitlist. The only thing we hold is the email address you typed in, so we can tell you once when the product opens. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and one reply asking us to delete it is enough.
CallFlow is operated by PixelsEstate, Los Angeles, California, United States. Questions, deletion requests and anything else: media@pixelsestate.com.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details or any of your customers' data. There is no account to create yet.
We do not send unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to anything else.
We keep the list on Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores the addresses. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. If you reached us from an ad, the advertising platform (for example Meta) knows you clicked — it does not receive your email address from us.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Ever. The only situation where we would hand anything over is a valid legal order.
Until CallFlow launches and you have decided whether you want it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the product never launches, we delete the list.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
Email media@pixelsestate.com and we will do it within 30 days, usually the same day. You do not have to explain why, and nothing bad happens to you for asking.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of. Residents of the EEA and UK: our basis for holding your address is your consent, given when you submitted the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If you arrived from an ad, the advertising platform may have set its own — that is governed by their policy, not ours.
CallFlow is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, if you are on the list, tell you by email. We will not quietly widen what we do with your data.
